Replacement Policy

At BenksGAMES, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to replace any damaged games under the following conditions:

  1. Report the Damage: If your game arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the package.

  2. Provide Proof: Send us clear photos of the damage without removing the plastic wrap around the box, along with your order details. This will help us process your replacement as quickly as possible.

  3. Replacement Process: Once we confirm the damage, we will send you a replacement game free of charge.

Please note:

  • Only items with confirmed physical damage upon arrival are eligible for replacement.
  • We do not accept refund requests.
